Pastor Elias "Eli" Gutierrez serves as the lead campus pastor of New Life Covenant in Tampa Bay, Florida. Alongside his wife, Damaris, and their two children, Samantha (18) and EJ (16), he has built a thriving ministry that emphasizes faith, family, and community.

A seasoned church planter, Pastor Eli has established multiple successful congregations throughout his career, witnessing God’s faithfulness at every step. His passion for building strong communities of faith is evident in the growth and impact of New Life Covenant.

In addition to his pastoral role, Pastor Eli serves as a chaplain with Baseball Chapel, ministering to professional athletes and staff through spiritual guidance and encouragement.

Currently pursuing a Doctorate in Strategic Leadership with a focus on church revitalization, Pastor Eli is dedicated to equipping churches to thrive. As the Executive Director of CORE, he develops resources and systems to strengthen congregations across America, empowering pastors to lead effectively in their unique contexts.
